Excellent breakfast and friendly reception staff.

Marvellous and excellent location, very close to Diamond District. Also - close to main train station, the center of Antwerp and all shops & restaurants.

The location is very central.

It's conveniently located just an 8-minute walk from the station. The room was a good temperature, and we appreciated being able to check in early. As guests, we enjoyed complimentary access to the gym at their sister hotel.

Very good Free breakfast. Clean. Very near to Shopping streets and train station. Private parking only 300m away which cost 15Euro 24/H. Free Wifi Connection. Very help full friendly and professional Receptionists especially Victoria, she tried her best for all questions I had. Nice hotel, I would stay here again.

we came to late for breakfast, because we thought it would be able to have it till 1030...it was no problem! the stuff was so kind to let us in, even we were half an hour to late... thanks ;-)

there is no possibility to park nearly; the drinks from the counter are very expensive

Noise levels at night can hinder sleep comfort!!! The old and outdated facilities give a tired appearance that desperately needs updates!!! Weak water pressure in the shower and minimal toiletries only add to the discomfort!!!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, great local knowledge and advice! Breakfast was a banquet - amazing variety!! Rooms clean, beds comfortable, TV even had personal hello message. Put extra t-bags in my room as had asked about tea & coffee facilities! Best of locations as handy both for the station and city centre within minutes, Definitely stay here again!

Shower was hot - but pathetic pressure. Heating / air con noisy although I never needed either despite it being late November and parky outside

Budget priced hotel a couple blocks from the train station (took train to Milan and Michele as day trips and also walked our own luggage to the train station upon departure which saved taxi fare). It's a good value if you're going to be gone most of the day with sight-seeing. Within easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast included was good. Mini-market nearby.

It is 2 blocks off the main street and outside approach is not "glamorous" due to other buildings around it, but hotel is "modern" looking and well maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located near central station. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious. Breakfast offered a variety of options, but more could be done.

Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Clean rooms. Good location - near the central station and a short walk or metro ride to the old town. Good value in comparison to other hotels. It's in a quiet street, but that's not a problem at all.

The decor was a bit dated. The view from the hotel is poor - onto a dusty little street. There is no refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was just ok - limited choice and no fresh fruit.

Had a boss time! The room was massive and dead clean, right by the station which was sound for getting about. Breakfast was a treat with loads of options! Only downside was the bathroom could do with a spruce up. well chuffed!

Very clean, neat hotel. Free Cable internet in rooms and wifi on demand. Quality is superb.

Staff is reckless ignorent and rude!

I always find the staff extremely friendly and obliging and have never had bad stay in this hotel.
